- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup diced ham
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese
- 3 cherry tomatoes diced
- 1 tablespoon green onion chopped
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, and chopped green onion.
Lightly grease a small air fryer–safe dish or ramekin.
Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and place it in the air fryer basket.
