Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 cherry tomatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon green onion chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
  • Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheese, diced cherry tomatoes, and chopped green onion.
  • Lightly grease a small air fryer–safe dish or ramekin.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared dish and place it in the air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, until the eggs are set in the center.
  • Remove carefully, let it rest for 1–2 minutes, then serve warm.

Notes

  • Always preheat to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes so the omelette cooks evenly and sets properly.
  • A lightly greased ramekin or small baking dish prevents sticking and helps the eggs cook more evenly.
