Ingredients

  • 1 can store-bought pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about ½-inch thick. Cut the dough into 1-inch wide strips.
  • Tie each strip into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, and Italian seasoning. Brush the mixture generously over the knots.
  • Place the garlic knots in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  • Remove from the air fryer and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd the basket air needs to circulate for even cooking.
  • Tuck the ends under when knotting this prevents unraveling during air frying.
  • Brush with extra garlic butter after cooking for maximum flavor and shine.
